Festivalio
An offline-first festival companion for lineups, stage maps, personal schedules, and conflict-aware planning across editions.
Multi-stage festival lineups make it hard to know which artists overlap and which sets are worth planning around — especially with weak connectivity on site.

Overview
Festivalio is a festival companion for exploring lineups, comparing stages, planning around overlapping sets, and keeping a personal shortlist — including map and campsite orientation when the edition provides them. It began as a dedicated companion for Ozora 2026 and is now a Bersaglio product at festivalio.bersaglio.work.
Festivalio is an independent Bersaglio product. It is not an official Ozora Festival publication or organizer channel; official tickets, transfers, and festival rules stay on ozorafestival.eu.
The need
Multi-day, multi-stage festivals often publish lineups as static PDFs or image grids. Overlaps are hard to see, and attendees end up with screenshots and notes — worse when connectivity on site is weak.
Product goals
- Make a festival day plannable without wrestling PDFs.
- Surface schedule conflicts at a glance.
- Support a personal shortlist that survives weak connectivity (offline-first PWA).
- Carry the same shell across editions (archive + next-year preparation).
Constraints
- Solo execution — no dedicated design or backend team.
- Lineup and map quality depend on what organizers publish, which changes year to year.
- Festival branding and official sources belong to the festival organizers.
The solution
A phone-first timetable grouped by stage, with shortlist and conflict highlighting, plus edition-scoped personal data where the product supports it. Built and hardened as an offline-capable web app for real festival conditions.
Product experience
Live web app at festivalio.bersaglio.work: timetable, interactive map features (including campsite pin when available), packing/survival guides for the active edition, and Hebrew + English.
Current state
Active. Used during the 2026 festival season; the product is shifting from a single-edition companion toward a multi-edition platform — keeping the 2026 archive useful while preparing the 2027 edition as organizer data lands.
What is next
- Fill and polish the 2027 edition as official lineup/map data becomes available.
- Deeper artist metadata and filtering.
- Smoother paths to add or switch festivals and years.
Current Reality
An honest baseline of current capabilities and open inquiries
- ✓Live at festivalio.bersaglio.work as an offline-first PWA (timetable, map, personal shortlist).
- ✓Multi-edition shell: 2026 season used on site; interface oriented toward 2027 preparation alongside the archive.
- ?Richer artist metadata, stronger filtering, and smoother multi-festival onboarding as new editions land.
