Two models, different responsibilities

Website you own

For a website you own, delivery follows the approved scope. Handoff, rights, and warranty details will appear in the written quote and agreement.

Hosting details for a website you own will be defined by agreement.

Managed website

Standard hosting is included in the managed plan. The domain remains client-owned and client-funded.

How long until the site is ready?

Delivery time is set in your personal quote.

Will the site show a Bersaglio credit?

Each site shows a small 'Built by Bersaglio' credit with a link by default. Details will be in the quote.

Who owns the domain?

The domain stays in your name and at your expense. We'll help with the initial connection.

What's the difference between a website you own and a managed one?

A website you own has a one-time price, and hosting details are defined in the agreement. The managed plan has a setup fee plus a monthly management fee, and standard hosting is included. You can ask to move to full ownership at any stage; terms will be set out in the quote and agreement.

What happens after the first 12 months on the managed plan?

There's no automatic renewal. If you choose to continue after the initial term, it's month to month, and only after notice and your explicit consent.

How many revision rounds are included?

A round is one consolidated set of feedback on a presented version, within the approved scope. Additional scope or changed requirements are quoted separately.

When does the work schedule start?

After scope approval and receipt of the required content, materials, and access. Delays in providing them may affect the schedule.

Are the prices and terms final?

The amounts shown are price-list amounts. The engagement terms and work start date will be set out in a written quote. An inquiry does not commit either party to begin work.
