Overview

Voymora is in development and testing. The product is intended to help independent travellers bring itinerary planning, booking confirmations, routes, and day-to-day coordination into one focused workspace. Its goals include a calm experience without advertising feeds or commercial tracking; these are design goals, not a description of capabilities currently available to users.

The problem with modern travel tools

Modern trip planning is notoriously fragmented. Before setting off, a traveller typically juggles dozens of disconnected silos: flight confirmations buried in email inboxes, accommodation vouchers saved as PDFs, recommended restaurants saved on social media maps, packing lists scribbled in notes apps, and ongoing group discussions scattered across chat threads.

Commercial travel platforms rarely solve this cleanly. Instead, they monetize attention by injecting hotel upsells, sponsored attractions, and aggressive tracking pixels. When plans shift in transit — a delayed train, a rescheduled flight, or sudden weather changes — finding the right confirmation number or adjusting the schedule becomes a stressful scramble.

Core architecture and design principles

  1. Privacy as a design goal: The product is being designed to avoid profiling travellers, selling travel patterns, or adding commercial ad networks. Its data-handling model should be checked against the product’s actual implementation before making stronger claims.
  2. Cohesive spatial and chronological planning: The intended experience brings transportation legs, accommodation, and flexible activity blocks into a clear trip timeline.
  3. Offline resilience as a design goal: The product aims to make essential logistics accessible when connectivity is unreliable; offline access is not presented here as an available capability.
  4. Focused decision support: The intended interface prioritizes practical trip details such as transit times, check-in windows, and reservation references instead of open-ended recommendations.

The Bersaglio × Voymora companion ecosystem

Voymora is being developed alongside two public travel decision aids. These tools help travellers review statutory rights and travel requirements before departure; they are separate from Voymora and do not represent capabilities of the product under development:

  • Flight Rights Checker: An interactive statutory evaluator for flight disruptions (cancellations, long delays over 8 hours, denied boarding, downgrades) under Israel’s Aviation Services Law (2026 statutory rates from 1,530 to 3,670 ILS), complete with a tailored evidence checklist. Read the design rationale in our field note: Designing the Flight Rights Checker.
  • Trip Readiness Planner: An action checklist and timeline tracker for Israeli passport holders travelling abroad, coordinating checks across seven Israeli government bodies and IATA Travel Centre. Read the design rationale in our field note: Designing the Trip Readiness Planner.

The public decision aids are available independently. Voymora’s planned role is to support trip planning, but that experience is still in development and testing.

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes Voymora different from mainstream travel apps?

Many mainstream travel services combine planning with booking, promotion, or advertising. Voymora’s design goal is a focused planning workspace without advertising or commercial tracking; those properties should not be read as a claim about a generally available product.

Do I need to enter personal booking data into a remote cloud?

Voymora is being designed with privacy and clear data-handling boundaries in mind. This page does not claim local data ownership or describe where account or booking data is stored. The product is not generally available while those details are still being validated.

How do the companion tools integrate with Voymora?

The Flight Rights Checker and Trip Readiness Planner are separate public decision aids that can be used without a Voymora account. They do not depend on Voymora being available.
